Speeding: In Minnesota, any amount of speed above the posted speed limit is an offense and could result in a loss of driving privileges if the driver has too many offenses in twelve or twenty-four months.
Speeding Over 100 MPH: A conviction for speeding over 100 MPH can be a crime and will result in a revocation of driving privileges for at least 180 days. Many speeding tickets issued for Over 100 MPH include Careless Driving or Reckless Driving charges.
